Where do I start?
The very best way to start is by reading our Learn and Earn guide in the “Resources” section. It’ll give you a good idea of which course to start with and where you should go from there depending on your style of learning and how quickly you’d like to land your first clients.
How can I learn best?

How do I adjust the volume?
On each video, you’ll see five little vertical bars in the lower right corner—these control the volume. Click the bar furthest to the right to turn the volume all the way up and, of course, click any of the other bars for less volume!
How do I make the video bigger?
I the lower right corner of each video are four tiny arrows pointing outward. You can click on these to maximize the video. To bring it back down to original size, just press the “escape” key.
The video is buffering and won’t stop or it skips. How can I fix it?
If you notice this on all videos, your Internet connection may be making the videos load and play slowly or with skips. If you’re using a wireless connection, you may want to move closer to your router or plug in directly. You might also want to make sure that your computer isn’t running a lot of other programs at the same time; that can affect how videos play. If you try all of these fixes and they don’t work, send us an email and we’ll make sure it’s not a problem on our end.
How do I submit questions?
You can either save your questions for the live call or send your questions via our contact form (right here). We’ll try to get to as many questions as we possibly can on each call.
What if I can’t make it on a call?
How do I change my credit card?
If you purchased through PayPal, you can do that at PayPal.com in your account section. If you purchased directly via credit card, our payment processor will reach out to you via email about how to change your card once a membership fee has been missed. Alternately, you can reach out to us directly and we can process it for you.
How do I take advantage of the 30-day guarantee?
If you decide you want to cancel your Comprehensive Copywriting Academy membership within 30 days from the date you joined, send us an email via our help link (or click here) and we’ll happily refund any payments made.
