[1:18] If you have results and they are good results then you should absolutely share them as you put that project on your portfolio site.
[5:30] If something does not work out, or have positive results in the metrics, it’s not all related to your copy. There are a lot of different factors and savvy business owners will understand that.
[6:50] If there is anything you take away from this, don’t freak out about results. Your clients want to know if you can write in different brand voices, they will know that what they need is not necessarily what past clients have needed.
